Gift packaging needs to work for the product inside as well as the brand on the outside. Size, lid structure, printed artwork and internal presentation all deserve attention when choosing a tin.

A meeting at the fair is a useful opportunity to work through details that can be difficult to explain by email. A reference tin, product sample or photograph can give the discussion a clear starting point.

If you already have a project in mind, our team can review:

• Size and structure: product dimensions, target fill weight, lid style and how the consumer will use the tin.
• Mould options: whether an existing shape is suitable or a new structure needs development.
• Artwork and finish: logo placement, colour requirements, embossing and the appearance you want to achieve.
• Internal and export packing: inserts, inner packs and protection during handling and shipment.
• Order planning: estimated quantities, sample requirements and the date the empty tins need to reach your filling site or warehouse.

Based in Lu’an, Anhui, China, Jinyu develops and manufactures custom tinplate packaging for food, tea, coffee, confectionery, cosmetics and gifts. Our work brings together packaging design, development, metal printing and tin manufacturing.
